AI Trainer – CBSE Schools

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and passionate AI Trainers to deliver Artificial Intelligence curriculum in CBSE-affiliated schools aligned with NSQF (National Skills Qualifications Framework) under Skill India initiatives.

The trainer will be responsible for teaching AI concepts, practical applications, and skill-based competencies to students (Grades 6–12), ensuring hands-on learning and industry relevance.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in AI, Machine Learning basics, and emerging technologies, along with classroom management skills and alignment with CBSE vocational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Delivery

• Deliver AI curriculum aligned with CBSE & NSQF guidelines
• Teach Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning basics, Data Handling, Python fundamentals, and AI tools
• Conduct practical lab sessions and project-based learning
• Prepare lesson plans as per NSQF Qualification Packs

2. Skill-Based Training

• Focus on competency-based learning outcomes
• Develop students’ problem-solving and analytical skills
• Conduct real-world AI projects and case studies
• Prepare students for practical assessments and viva

3. Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct internal assessments as per CBSE norms
• Evaluate student projects and practical work
• Maintain training records and performance reports
• Support school in NSQF documentation and compliance

4. Lab Management

• Set up and manage AI/IT lab sessions
• Ensure proper usage of tools and software
• Guide students in using AI platforms and Python tools

5. Industry & Skill Alignment

• Align teaching with Skill India objectives
• Introduce industry-relevant AI tools
• Prepare students for future AI careers
• Support internship or industry exposure initiatives (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Computer Science / IT / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science / Engineering
    OR
• BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech
• Certification in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science preferred
• NSQF / SSC certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• Basic to Intermediate Python programming
• Understanding of AI & Machine Learning concepts
• Data analysis fundamentals
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, AI platforms, automation tools)
• Basic knowledge of robotics or IoT (optional advantage)

Teaching Skills:

• Classroom management
• Lesson planning
• Practical-based teaching approach
• Student mentoring

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Passion for teaching
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics

Experience

• 1–3 years of teaching or training experience preferred
• Freshers with strong AI knowledge may apply
• Experience in CBSE schools or Skill Development programs preferred

Salary Range

As per industry standards
(₹2.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA depending on experience and location)
