About the Role

Dashmesh Institute of Skill Development Foundation is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CSR Manager / Executive / Associate to help us build partnerships with corporates, generate CSR support, and bring meaningful CSR projects to the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, proposal-writing, and corporate relationship-building skills, with a passion for social impact and community development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach companies, CSR departments, foundations, and corporate decision-makers for CSR collaborations.
  • Generate CSR funding and project opportunities for the Foundation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate representatives and CSR professionals.
  • Identify suitable CSR projects in areas such as:
    • Skill Development & Vocational Training
    • Digital & AI Education
    • Education & School Development
    • Women Empowerment
    • Employment & Entrepreneurship
    • Community Development
  • Prepare and present CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, presentations, and project documents.
  • Coordinate meetings between the Foundation and potential CSR partners.
  • Follow up with companies regarding proposals, approvals, documentation, and funding.
  • Explore CSR opportunities through corporate networks, CSR platforms, foundations, and professional contacts.
  • Maintain a database of prospective companies, CSR contacts, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for successful execution and reporting of CSR projects.
  • Support preparation of CSR reports, utilization reports, impact reports, photographs, and project documentation.
  • Achieve agreed monthly/quarterly targets for CSR partnerships and project acquisition.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and corporate relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to approach and communicate with senior corporate professionals.
  • Good proposal-writing and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of CSR, NGO/Section 8 organizations, social projects, or fundraising will be an advantage.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Experience in CSR, fundraising, business development, sales, NGO partnerships, corporate relations, or institutional partnerships will be preferred.
