Mobilization Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Mobilization Manager to lead student mobilization and enrollment activities for skill development programs. The candidate will be responsible for planning outreach campaigns, coordinating with schools, colleges, community leaders, and ensuring achievement of admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute mobilization strategies to achieve enrollment targets
• Conduct awareness campaigns in schools, colleges, villages, and communities
• Organize seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions
• Coordinate with Panchayats, NGOs, Employment Exchanges, and local bodies
• Maintain database of prospective candidates and follow-up regularly
• Ensure proper documentation and eligibility verification of candidates
• Work closely with center head and placement team
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports
• Achieve monthly admission and mobilization targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream preferred – Marketing/Management)
• Experience: 1–4 years in mobilization, admissions, marketing, or field outreach
• Experience in Skill Development Projects (PMKVY / NSDC / Punjab Skill Development / Govt Projects) preferred

• Good knowledge of local area and community engagement
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, data management)
• Ability to travel locally
